Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Fresh & Sweet Kiwi Lemonade
  1. Start by peeling and chopping the ripe kiwis into smaller pieces, then place them in a large glass pitcher. Use a potato masher to thoroughly mash the kiwis.
  2. Juice the 7 lemons using a citrus juicer, catching any seeds. Add the lemon juice to the pitcher with the mashed kiwis and mix well.
  3. Add 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar and about 8-10 cups of water to the mixture. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Once chilled, fill a tall glass with ice cubes, stir the lemonade, and pour it over the ice. Garnish with mint leaves or kiwi slices.
