Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by lining a 9x11 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom completely.
- Pour the chocolate Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- With your baking sheet now filled with yogurt, pick it up and gently bang it against the counter to eliminate any air bubbles.
- Evenly distribute the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed waffle cone pieces over the yogurt layer.
- Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for 6-8 hours, or overnight, until the yogurt is completely frozen.
- Once your Rocky Road Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for easier cutting.
