Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 cup Chocolate Greek Yogurt Use Greek yogurt if chocolate isn't available.
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Opt for dark chocolate chips for a healthier choice.
  • 1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips Feel free to swap for white chocolate chips if desired.
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows Chopped dried fruits can substitute for a healthier twist.
  • 1 cup Waffle Cone Crushed to add crunch, can substitute with graham cracker crumbles.

Equipment

  • 9x11 inch baking sheet
  • spatula
  • serrated knife

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by lining a 9x11 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom completely.
  2. Pour the chocolate Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
  3. With your baking sheet now filled with yogurt, pick it up and gently bang it against the counter to eliminate any air bubbles.
  4. Evenly distribute the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed waffle cone pieces over the yogurt layer.
  5. Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for 6-8 hours, or overnight, until the yogurt is completely frozen.
  6. Once your Rocky Road Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for easier cutting.
