  • 1 tsp Onion Powder No substitution needed.
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt Can replace with fresh minced garlic if preferred.
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the sausage into rounds.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the onion powder and garlic salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Cut four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. Evenly divide the mixture onto each foil sheet.
  5. Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top of each mixture pile.
  6. Fold the sides of the foil up and over the filling to create a tight seal. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove foil packets from the oven, open them up, and garnish as desired. Serve hot.
