Steps to Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), curry powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Add to the bowl with the marinade and toss until well-coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once done, sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.
