Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and hot sauce in a resealable plastic bag. Add sirloin steak cubes, seal, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes. Cut red bell peppers and red onion into chunks.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F. Assemble the skewers with marinated steak and vegetables.
  4. Thread marinated steak and vegetables onto the soaked skewers, alternating pieces for a colorful presentation.
  5. Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Remove kabobs at 125°F for medium-rare and let rest for 5 minutes.
