Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sambal oelek, and a splash of water until well combined.
  2. Slice your beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Freeze for 20 minutes for cleaner cuts.
  3. Preheat your wok over high heat and add 2 tablespoons of neutral oil. Add half of the sliced beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Lower the heat to medium-high, add sliced onions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add broccolini and stir for another 2-3 minutes until charred.
  5. Stir in garlic ginger paste, cooking for another 30 seconds. Return the seared beef to the wok.
  6. Pour in the prepared sauce, add the cornstarch-water mixture, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Garnish with chilies and sesame seeds.
