Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sambal oelek, and a splash of water until well combined.
- Slice your beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Freeze for 20 minutes for cleaner cuts.
- Preheat your wok over high heat and add 2 tablespoons of neutral oil. Add half of the sliced beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Lower the heat to medium-high, add sliced onions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add broccolini and stir for another 2-3 minutes until charred.
- Stir in garlic ginger paste, cooking for another 30 seconds. Return the seared beef to the wok.
- Pour in the prepared sauce, add the cornstarch-water mixture, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Garnish with chilies and sesame seeds.

Notes
Slice against the grain for tender beef, and always use high heat for optimal results.
