Step-by-Step Instructions for Cajun Shrimp Foil Packets
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 16 inches long.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Divide the shrimp mixture evenly onto the four prepared foil sheets.
