Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough Alternatively, use refrigerated pizza dough.
Filling
  • 8 oz Capicola (Italian Ham) Can substitute with prosciutto or any thinly sliced deli meat.
  • 4 oz Pepperoni Can replace with your favorite sausage.
  • 4 oz Salami Try varieties like Genoa or Soppressata.
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese Mozzarella can be a milder alternative.
  • 8 oz Colby Jack Cheese Cheddar can be used for a sharper taste.
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Jalapeños are a great replacement for spice lovers.
Assembly
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Melted butter can be a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated will offer the best taste.
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Can combine dried basil, oregano, and thyme if needed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and gently press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, covering the entire bottom surface.
  3. Layer sliced capicola, pepperoni, and salami evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle provolone and Colby Jack cheeses generously on top.
  5. Add a layer of sliced pepperoncini over the cheese and meats.
  6. Roll out the second can of crescent dough and place it over the filled dish, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the top layer with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes
