Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and gently press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, covering the entire bottom surface.
- Layer sliced capicola, pepperoni, and salami evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle provolone and Colby Jack cheeses generously on top.
- Add a layer of sliced pepperoncini over the cheese and meats.
- Roll out the second can of crescent dough and place it over the filled dish, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the top layer with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
