Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F. Drizzle olive oil over the grill surface.
  2. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Lay chicken on the hot grill without moving it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken and add more olive oil. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Move chicken to a cooler side of the grill. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and cook for 30 seconds until golden.
  5. Spoon garlic oil over the chicken and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover to melt cheese for about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then squeeze lemon juice and garnish before serving.
