- Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F. Drizzle olive oil over the grill surface.
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Lay chicken on the hot grill without moving it for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and add more olive oil. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Move chicken to a cooler side of the grill. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and cook for 30 seconds until golden.
- Spoon garlic oil over the chicken and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover to melt cheese for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then squeeze lemon juice and garnish before serving.
