Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 4–6 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, freshly cracked pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the mayo mixture on 4 slices of toasted bread. Layer with bacon, greens, tomatoes, and avocado.
  4. Spread remaining mayo on the other 4 slices of bread and place on the assembled sandwich. Press gently and cut in half.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the textures and flavors!
