Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper until combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then scramble the mixture for about 4-5 minutes until set and fluffy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a clean surface and pinch the seams together to create a large rectangle.
  4. Spread the chive and onion cream cheese evenly over the dough rectangle.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked ground breakfast sausage, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese.
  6. Roll the crescent dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 12 equal pieces.
