Method
 

Preparing the Sushi Bowl
  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions, usually about 18-20 minutes. Season while warm.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with bang bang sauce gently.
  3. Slice avocado and chop green onions. Prepare cucumber salad by mixing cucumbers with salt, setting aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Pan-fry rice in olive oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Assemble bowl by layering pan-fried rice, topped with tuna mixture, avocado, green onions, furikake, and Sriracha.
  6. Serve with prepared spicy cucumber salad.
