- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute. Add 1 pound of ground pork and cook for 4-6 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric, and a dash of pepper. Cook for an additional minute.
- Introduce 2 cups of shredded cabbage and 1 cup of shredded carrots into the skillet. Sauté for 4-6 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- While the veggies cook, bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook 8 ounces of rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet.
- Toss everything in the skillet for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Ensure noodles are coated with the sauce and mixed well with the veggies and pork.
