Equipment

  • large skillet
  • baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • measuring spoon

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in the minced garlic for the last 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then drain any excess grease.
  3. Turn off the skillet and add the diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese to the cooked beef. Stir until evenly combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.
  5. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the sealed bombs on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Once out of the oven, brush with more melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
