- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, and garlic. Add eggs and milk, mixing gently.
- Stir in half of the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake until melted.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley.
