Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, and garlic. Add eggs and milk, mixing gently.
  3. Stir in half of the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread remaining marinara sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake until melted.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley.
