- Next, take about 8 ounces of sashimi-grade salmon and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces. Gently fold the salmon into the bowl with the mixture, ensuring the salmon is coated in the flavorful base. Then, halve and dice one ripe avocado, adding it to the bowl as well.
