Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, finely chop half an onion and add it to the bowl. Then, sprinkle in 1-2 teaspoons of wasabi, according to your desired heat level, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle in a tablespoon of Kai Dong Yuzu Sesame Dressing. Mix these ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Next, take about 8 ounces of sashimi-grade salmon and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces. Gently fold the salmon into the bowl with the mixture, ensuring the salmon is coated in the flavorful base. Then, halve and dice one ripe avocado, adding it to the bowl as well.
  3. Using a spatula, toss all the ingredients together until everything is well mixed. For a more chilled experience, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
