Method
 

Preparation Instructions

  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the drumsticks and toss to ensure they are coated.
  4. Sprinkle in sea salt, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, paprika, and ground pepper. Mix well.
  5. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet and lightly grease both. Arrange drumsticks on the rack.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, turning halfway through. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
