- Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker with the water. Set to high and cook for about 2 hours.
- Remove the cooked chicken, let it rest, and then slice it against the grain into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine all spice mix ingredients and stir until blended.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with the spice mixture, and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add another tablespoon of olive oil, flip the chicken, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, place on a plate, and allow to rest while preparing the tahini sauce.
- Blend tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until smooth and creamy.
