- Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika, adding chili flakes if desired. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
