Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place the squash halves cut side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Check for tenderness; cook in 5-minute increments if needed until fork-tender.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, whisk in brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth to create a glaze.
  6. Brush the cooked squash with the brown sugar glaze and return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving, brushing any remaining glaze over the top.
