Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add chopped cauliflower and diced potatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
  4. Combine the browned ground beef with the drained cauliflower and potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add cumin and chili powder, mixing until well coated.
  5. Add eggs to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  6. Grease a casserole dish, then pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until edges are golden and the center is set.
