Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9x13 baking dish for the Oreo crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos with melted unsalted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping, then spread over the cooled Oreo crust.
- Mix cheesecake instant pudding with cold milk until thickened. Fold in second tub of whipped topping, mint extract, and green food coloring. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with Oreo crumbs, whipped topping, maraschino cherries, and green sprinkles.
