  • 1 cup Sour Cream 12-18% fat
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Warm/Hot Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wipe fresh mushrooms with a paper towel to remove dirt and slice them.
  2. Heat pan over medium-high, add vegetable oil and butter until melted, then add mushrooms and sauté for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add fine sea salt, onion granules, white pepper, and soy sauce to mushrooms; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in hot water while stirring; let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  5. In a bowl, whisk sour cream, flour, and cold water until smooth; stir in some pan sauce and pour back into pan.
  6. Reduce heat to low and let sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve over pasta or chicken and garnish with parsley.
