  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach Thawed and well drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter option
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Can be swapped with cottage cheese
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix Use homemade vegetable seasoning for a personal touch
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Bacon Pieces Crispy, can substitute with turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts Chopped, optional but recommended
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Spinach Flour Tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop water chestnuts into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetable recipe mix. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in bacon pieces and water chestnuts until evenly incorporated.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1/4 of the filling. Roll tightly to form a cylinder.
  5. Wrap each pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap and slice the pinwheels into 1-inch pieces for serving.
