Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Bake the crostini for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and let it sit.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes.
