Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare the roasting pan.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
  3. Score the ham with a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves into the center of each diamond.
  4. Place the scored ham cut side down in the roasting pan and bake until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (about 2 hours).
  5. Brush the ham with the glaze every 15 minutes to build flavor and create a caramelized crust.
  6. Continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 140°F, about 10 to 15 minutes more.
  7. Let the ham rest for 10 to 20 minutes before carving.
  8. Slice the ham and serve with the leftover glaze on the side.
