- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2-2½ cups of vanilla yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk until fully mixed and smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of finely diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray and level it off.
- Cover the tray securely with plastic wrap and freeze for approximately 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove the Strawberry Yogurt Bites from the tray and serve immediately, or store them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
