  • 1-2 tbsp Honey maple syrup can be a great vegan alternative if desired

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2-2½ cups of vanilla yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk until fully mixed and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of finely diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray and level it off.
  4. Cover the tray securely with plastic wrap and freeze for approximately 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Remove the Strawberry Yogurt Bites from the tray and serve immediately, or store them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
