Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by patting your chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Season both sides evenly with salt and pepper.
- In a blender, combine ripe peaches, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts on the hot grill. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes on one side.
- As the chicken cooks on the second side, start brushing on your prepared peach glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Once grilled to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Slice the rested Jalapeno Peach Chicken and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Notes
Mind the glaze timing to prevent burning. Allow chicken to rest for better juiciness.
