  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sea salt, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Mix in tomato paste, tomato sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Add the diced sweet potatoes and water, cover, and simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness of sweet potatoes, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook uncovered for an additional 2-3 minutes.
