Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice, mixing well. Add in the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, coating the chicken thoroughly. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken in the skillet, searing for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and combine honey, chili flakes, butter, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating well in the hot honey sauce. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken and allow to sit for a minute.
  5. Plate the dish, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley or mint and serve.
