Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, grated ginger, Sriracha, onion powder, and white pepper. Set aside.
  2. Combine Beef and Sauce: Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker, pour sauce over the meat, stir gently, then cover.
  3. Slow Cook the Beef: Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
