  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley try dill or basil as alternatives

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour and salt. Set aside.
  2. Rinse the cod fillets, pat dry, dredge in almond flour mix, and place on a plate.
  3. Heat olive oil and grapeseed oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cod fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Scrape up browned bits and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes until thickened, and stir in remaining grapeseed oil.
  7. Serve the cod topped with the lemon-caper sauce and garnish with parsley.
