  2. Slice the focaccia horizontally through the middle, allowing for a pocket to fill.
  3. Spread pesto mayo on both cut sides of the focaccia.
  4. Layer sliced turkey evenly over one side of the focaccia.
  5. Add tomato slices and a handful of fresh greens on top.
  6. Scatter thin red onion slices across the greens.
  7. Optionally, add an extra layer of mayo on the interior of the top focaccia slice.
