For the Dumplings
  • 1 bag Frozen Chicken Dumplings Any variety of frozen dumplings works.
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil Crunch Drizzle before serving.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized baking dish, combine coconut milk, red Thai curry paste, soyaki, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Layer fresh spinach evenly over the sauce.
  4. Arrange frozen chicken dumplings over the layer of spinach.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and drizzle with chili oil crunch before serving.
