- Begin by taking all three flavors of sherbet—pineapple, mango, and orange—out of the freezer. Allow them to soften at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Take a chilled loaf pan and start layering the softened sherbets. Begin with a scoop of pineapple sherbet, followed by a scoop of mango, and then a scoop of orange.
- Once the loaf pan is filled with layered scoops, grab a butter knife to begin swirling. Insert the knife into the sherbet and gently create wide, figure-eight motions.
