Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Tropical Sherbet Swirl
  1. Begin by taking all three flavors of sherbet—pineapple, mango, and orange—out of the freezer. Allow them to soften at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Take a chilled loaf pan and start layering the softened sherbets. Begin with a scoop of pineapple sherbet, followed by a scoop of mango, and then a scoop of orange.
  3. Once the loaf pan is filled with layered scoops, grab a butter knife to begin swirling. Insert the knife into the sherbet and gently create wide, figure-eight motions.
  4. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or a lid and place it into the freezer. Allow the sherbet to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm to the touch.
  5. When it’s time to indulge, remove the Tropical Sherbet Swirl from the freezer. To serve, dip an ice cream scoop in warm water before scooping.
  6. For an extra touch of flavor and flair, consider garnishing your Tropical Sherbet Swirl before serving.
