Step-by-Step Instructions
- Lay out slices of sourdough bread and spread basil pesto on each slice.
 - On half of the slices, distribute the fontina cheese evenly.
 - Place slices of turkey over the cheese on each prepared bread slice.
 - Add slices of fresh Roma tomatoes on top of the turkey.
 - Carefully place the reserved bread slices on top of the turkey and tomato layers.
 - Brush both top and bottom surfaces of the assembled panini with olive oil.
 - Preheat a skillet or panini press over medium-high heat and grill the panini for 3-4 minutes on each side.
 - Once golden brown, remove from skillet, allow to rest, then slice in half to serve.
