For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix Instant or cook & serve based on preference
  • 2 cups Milk Any kind or almond milk for dairy-free
For the Caramel Drizzle
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce Homemade for gourmet experience
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Homemade can be substituted
  • 1 cup Pecans Can substitute with walnuts or chop finely for variation

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs, then press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, then layer half of the chocolate pudding, followed by a drizzle of caramel.
  4. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese filling and pudding, adding more caramel before topping with whipped topping.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Slice into squares and serve with additional caramel and chopped pecans on top.
