  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can substitute with low-fat yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Additional Cucumber Drained

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, finely grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cooked chicken and pour in the prepared tzatziki sauce. Gently fold until well coated.
  3. Fold in additional diced cucumber to enhance crunch and freshness. Reserve some herbs for garnish.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to meld flavors.
