- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, sweet paprika, fine salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Coat both sides of the chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture, ensuring the flavors are absorbed.
- Wrap each seasoned thigh tightly with a slice of bacon, avoiding overlaps.
- Place the bacon-wrapped thighs seam-side down on a rimmed baking sheet, optionally using a wire rack.
