Cooking Steps
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add cubed steak, season with spice rub, and sear for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- Melt the Cheeses: Lower heat and add Velveeta, sharp cheddar, and pepper jack cheeses. Stir for 3-5 minutes until melted and smooth.
