- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine ripe bananas and Medjool dates in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add almond flour, oat flour, cacao powder, and baking powder to the mixture and blend until combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
