Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of shredded white cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the cheese mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce over the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool for a minute before serving with gluten-free crackers or fresh vegetables.
