- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of shredded white cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the cheese mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce over the cheese mixture.
