Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by allowing 1/2 cup of unsalted butter to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes until it becomes soft and creamy.
  2. Once the butter is soft, place it in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes until it’s light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually mix in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter) into the whipped butter.
  4. Next, add 3 tablespoons of pure canned pumpkin to the spiced butter mixture and beat until fully combined.
  5. Pour in 3 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the bowl. Beat the mixture on medium speed for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Your Whipped Honey Pumpkin Butter is now beautifully creamy and ready to indulge!
