Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips or fresh berries gently.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, drop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  6. Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon.
  7. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
