  1. Gather all the fresh ingredients for your dressing, including ripe avocados, fresh cilantro, garlic, lime, chili, and optional ground anise.
  2. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your food processor.
  3. Chop the garlic and cilantro roughly then add them to the food processor with the avocados.
