  2. Using a whisk or the lid of the jar for a secure closure, vigorously whisk or shake the mixture until all ingredients are well combined, creating a smooth and creamy dressing.
  3. Once mixed, taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preferences. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  4. Cover the bowl or seal the jar, and place the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
