Step-by-Step Instructions for Yuzu Sesame Edamame Salad
  1. Cook 1 cup of frozen edamame according to package instructions, typically boiling for 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
  2. Finely chop one English cucumber, thinly slice three green onions, and dice half a small red onion. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cooled edamame to the bowl and gently toss all the ingredients until evenly mixed.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 3 tablespoons of Kai Dong Yuzu Sesame Dressing over the salad. Gently toss to coat the ingredients.
