Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. Grate cold butter into the flour mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
